Mircea Cernev, a native Moldovan, came to the University of Virginia as a championship-caliber ballroom dancer. “The Grounds welcomed me right away,” he said. As a newly minted graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce, he’s leaving as a world-class financial analyst.
